Comments:
The terrible conditions have been commented on by many. We persevered, and
while slightly undermanned, we managed to have some fun. Thanks to Bob, K3EST,
for driving up to operate with us for the first time. It was great to operate
with him again (last time was PJ1B in 1988... Where has the time gone?).
On the brighter side, all the antennas worked and no smoke came out of the
radio or computer gear.
We had a relatively good contest season, and on behalf of the team, I'd like to
thank Maryann (Sig's XYL) for the great hospitality that is extended to the
weekend invaders. Her efforts always make the team feel comfortable and at
home.
Now it's time for required summer repairs and improvements, in anticipation of
Cycle 24 finally showing us some life in the fall.
