I had two problems - dead 10/15m bands and software.
Started with 45 minutes delay until I got the reason why I'm transmitting only
carrier.
Time ON counter stopped to work on Sunday morning. Didn't noticed that I
changed my plan to have a break at 08:00-11:00 and kept going despite low
rates. Early afternoon I was wondering how is it possible to have 1000 QSO,
average rate of 40 Q/h and total time ON only 15 hours? I did some calculations
(wrong!) and the result was only 2 hours remain. I had to decide should I have a
break now and to loose USA/EU opening on 20m, or to loose 40/80m in the evening
if I continue, so I kept going. I finnished at 15:00z, got back home (my
contest place is at a village 10km away) and after a shower and dinner I switch
on the computer to check my log. Surprisingly I found I still have 1,5 hours
more to operate, so I got back to the village....
Despite these problems I had a lot of fun. Thanks to all friends who worked
with me and especialy to those, who moved to 15/10m on my requests.
