Chased a few mobile stations around. Signals were very strong from W4AN/M at
the start. One strange occurance; W4AN/m was on 14043.8 about 20 minutes into
the test. Another station was underneath him calling CQ Test. After about ten
minutes I copied V51AS/P working the European Field Day test. From New Mexico
at that time of day it may have been short path or long path.
Later in the day the conditions to Alabama on 20 were really tough, all the
mobiles at the noise level and the base stations were about S3 to 4. Tried
listening on 40 hours before sunset but nothing heard.
