Biggest score I ever posted on 6M! Lots of fun listening to all the stations I
couldn't work. Got a chuckle listening to W2DEL in Fla giving someone his
suffix phoenitics as "Delicious Elephant Legs". XE2WWW was sometimes coming in
up to S9 but was the only DX heard.
Was surprised how quick stations give up on pulling your call and or info
through as compared to HF Contests but maybe thats because of the nature of 6M
propagation?
Lots of fun in the camper trailer for my first VHF test but long enough to know
that the home station will be planned to include at least 6 meter capabilities
for the future.
