Comments:
Had fun but my operating time was limited due to family obligations. I missed
some prime 20 meter time in the early afternoon - by the time I got back on the
air the skip on 20 was too long. Would like to have seen more activity from
Ohio, especially on SSB. Bands were pretty noisy making it tough for my 5
watts to get through, especially on 80. - Tough to hear and work the mobiles.
Thanks for everybody's patience and efforts to pull my sigs out of the mud!
Equip: Yaesu FT897D at 5 watts output, 3 el tribander at 50 feet and wires for
40 and 80.
