Comments:
I planned to bo on only for a few hours becaus I had a birthday party to attend
on Saturday and also had some homework from the office but after I finshed I
heard so many great signals I just could not resist...:-)
Condx were pretty good on Friday evening but from Saturday evening things
started to sound really good. I do not even remember when was the last time
when I heard so many good signals on the band. 40m did not die as usual and
80m
was wide open too.
Sunday was a real treat on 20m. Just like in the old days. Huge signals from
everywhere. When I was called 4 or 5 KL7s in a row I knew that JAs and UA0s
will be coming too. The JA opening on 20m was great. Even with 150W I was able
to work everybody I heard. 15m was very spotty with strange condx. I was
working W6s in the afternoon when I was called by ON4CT. Turned the beam
quickly to EU and nothing...:-)Found only very few EU on 15m.
I was CQing on 10m off and on but only VE3s found me there.
