Score submission link seems busted.

Lots of guys crammed into a small spot on 80.  I tuned from 3620 to 3750 and 
there wasn't a signal on the band.  Sure would be nice if we could move 
things down lower in the band where there isn't so much competition with 
other guys on 'their' frequencies.
