My 2 grandsons were here for the weekend so even though I spent 26 hours in the
contest I really wasn't here all the time!!
I thought 20 meters was pretty slow from East Central IL. Most DX signals were
on the weak side both days. Had to ask for a lot of repeats. 40 and 80 were in
pretty good shape.
I'm was having a problem with my 3 element SteppIR. SWR has gone up on all
bands. I was able to adjust it so the SWR was good in the shack. Might have
been reason 20 was down.
All in all is was a pretty good contest. Nice to make a lot of QSO's
