Comments:

This year we decided on an M/2 entry with 3 ops. We also decided on 8 hour
sleep shifts which resulted with some 16 hour on shifts. The 16 hour on shifts
were not too difficult because RTTY isn't all that mentally demanding. Being a
night owl I took the midnight to 8AM local time shift by myself running both
stations, one on 80M and the other on 40M at the same time. That resulted in a
lot less slack time during the low activity hours. We are pleased with the
results. The band conditions were about the same as last year on the first
day, but worse on the second day with the A index going from 3 to 18. I added
2 new computers to the station 2 days before the contest using N1MM and they
did help some, but we are still a little perplexed as to why our total Qs and
score are much better than last year. Our thanks to all that called.

73, Duane VE7UF
