Comments:
Had to start almost half an hour later; had power outage several times in 1 hour
before the Contest. Then, reconnected my 2nd Radio (Kenwood TS-570DG)after the
trip tp YN-land and it did not want to work with Micro Keyer II.
Finally all was OK. But Micro Keyer still got me some issues, producing delays
on transmit, time to time, with unknown reason. Need to read a manual again.
20 meters were opened till late. Made last QSO there at 23:23Z. Could stay
longer on 20m and should, because 40 meters were not cooperative, 80 meters
band was much much better to my surprise, quiet, no noise and plenty of
stations. Forgot even about 10 hours limitation and later on had to unclaim 10
contacts in order to stay within 10 hours.
This winter I made the same amount of Q's like last winter but much less
Mults.
Thanks to all who called and answered my calls and to organizers of this short,
dynamic Contest, one of my favorite one.
Just noticed that NCCC made up 7(!) teams. We, YCCC put on 4 teams, not bad.
See you all in July.
