Comments:

It took some investiagting, like the mobile who called me from Sumner Co., TN
and I thought he has VA, but this shouls be the final score inculding the K4NVA
500 pt bonus. My wife had planned Cirque De Soleil in Baltimore since XMAS, so
Saturday was devoted to that. Sunday, I started around 1310Z to find very
little activity on 75, thankfully around 3PM, the activty picked up and I was
able to run quite a few stations, most of them before dark. Activity was
interrupted by a trip to pickup my daughter, trip to plant nursery, a little
spring planting and helping with the laundry. It's impossible to compete with
the guys who have skip to VA on 40 which was virtually dead here, so a casual
effort was the prudent way to go. The mobiles were hard to come by due to not
being able to work them on 40. Activity from NOVA (northern VA for those beyond
the border) was pretty good from LDN and FAU counties. I ran the bands with K4EU
and K1HTV for the Q's on 10 and 15M, and worked a few extras when I moved with
K4EU to 160 near the end. If no conflicts, I hope to be mobile in NW VA next
year. Thanks for the Q's and to SPARC for sponsoring this fun event.
