Did not find any multiplier module for Wtitelog for this contest, so the score
is calculated by hand with the help of MS Excel (it is why prefixes by band are
not detailled). Cannot guarantee a perfect accuracy but we must be very close to
that.
Big storm wall (over USA) beetween VE and SA during most of the time, then,
thanks to operators for they repeats.
