Comments:
As always CQ WPX is a great event. Had other things to do with the family but
spent some 10 hours, mainly on 40 and 80, but had also the pleasure to see 10
meters open a bit.
Only being on the air from this call since May 8th, 2009, makes things like
starting all over from the beginning...
Pleasant new countries on 40 meters were ZL (ZM3A), VK (VK6AA), JT (JT1CO), LX
(LX7I), A7 (A73A), ITU (4U1ITU), YB (YE1ZAT) and believe it or not, my very
first US from this QTH (AK1W).
Also 80 gave a new one - West Malaysia (9M1CSP).
Great activity and it was nice to see that 100 Watts into my 17 meter high
Top-Loaded vertical with approximately 100 radials seem to make a fairly nice
job.
Looking forward to this contest next year, also on SSB
