Past Field Day buddies W5ZL, W5EK, and K5FP were not available this year so
just a part time effort all by myself.
Even if it isn't supposed to be a contest, Field Day is lots of fun for a
contester operating from a home station with good antennas. I felt almost like
a rare DX station especially on SSB where at times the pile up was several
layers deep.
