Thought I'd give the summer broad-daylight ladder another try. Yep, this
confirmed it... NS Ladder is simply too early for this part of the world at
this time of year.
I called for three minutes straight on 20M with no replies -- stations on slots
either side of me were working folks like it was popcorn popping. Same on 40M.
And on 80M. Could hear a lot of activity, but one-way prop was in full effect.
Now I remember why I haven't been on much this season. It's too frustrating
from B.C. An hour later, and things would be much different.
But of course I might still get on for the final three weeks :)
