Comments:

At least one of the all time records fell this weekend- I completed my County
Sweep at 1930Z, 37 minutes faster than the previous record. At 1900Z, I had 55
counties worked; at 1907Z, in consecutive Qs, I worked Mariposa and Colusa; at
1930Z K3FIV in Mendocino called in for #58.

Went SO2R for most of the contest, logging about 220 2nd radio Qs. I never
could get a run going on CW, but I was able to run, at times, on 80-15M.
While rate was never terrific, those 50hours add up to a successful contest.

Propagation was surprisingly good; 15M opened both days and was runnable both
days. I did try 10M occasionally, but never heard anyone there. Congrats to
the Ca stations that made the 9-QSO Club: K6NA, KF6T, W6YI, and WC6H. Thanks
to all the Ca stations for their QSOs!

A big thanks to Dave K1TTT for the use of his great station.

Dennis W1UE
