Comments:
Did 5½ hours. Great fun working loads of Ukrainian stations. Hadn't realised
there were 27 Oblasts. Had always assumed it was just one per (suffix) letter,
i.e 26. But apparently not. Seemingly one or two stations were operating away
from the Oblast indicated by the first suffix-letter in their call.
Used Win-Test where the expected Oblast popped up nicely. [Many thanks to the
Win-Test team for doing a super-fast fix to the Mults at the beginning of the
contest. Excellent service, as usual, chez Win-Test!]
