Comments:

Station and team development continues. Yes, even after 20 years at this QTH
things are still being "developed" Not finished yet but not much more to go.
After all, if you are not "developing" you're losing ground. Team-wise we gave
a really good effort. Both stations were manned all 48 hours. KB1NRB who last
February couldn't copy his name in morse code has come along
very well.He sat and ran much of the weekend, especially the overnights where
we always were short of operators. K1IN came back after a few years off and
helped the overnight as well. The rest of the crew were steady as usual and the
QSO total shows that.

Equipment wise we had Station 2 set up as SO2R. This really helped during the
day on 15/10. W1UJ used all his NCCC Sprint practice to good use. Though the
155 foot tower is not done we used the 125 feet that is up to support a
Extended Zepp for 40M which supplemented tha 4 square nicely.
A quick climb Sunday afternoon by KB1NRB unjammed the 20M antenna. The network
was great, the skimmer inputs helped a little, and the KB1H node never needed a
reset. In SSB the node was down more than up. Also had to fix our entertainment
TV.

There is a longer list of non-operating support cast that helps us week in week
out to get ready for each contest. KB1DFB, AA1CE, N4XR, W1WBB, W1TJL to name a
few. Also we have had other contribute equipment to the cause as well. N1ROZ
and W1KM each have helped us with this new tower which was given to us by W1LW

Besides the food and snacks brought in shopping bags there was Chili (thanks
W1UJ XYL Shana) and waffles, seafood chowder, chicken and broccolli pasta, and
a fancy breakfast omlette (thanks KB1H XYL Mary) for the warm food.

If the weather cooperates we will have more up for the ARRL portion of the DX
contest season.

Thanks all for the QSOs and 100% QSL but prefer LOTW.

73 Dick

Big jump from last year and not sure how much was propagation and what was just
better operating.
I am sure our tenacity and filling the chairs meant the most.
