Comments:
Did 153 Qs in first hour - a contest within a contest for me (each year). Condx
were excellent. Forecast was for low geomagnetic disturbances; the Beverage
antennas performed extremely well (each was very directional); this does not
happen during geomagnetic disturbances. Spent a lot of time this weekend doing
other things and maximizing total fun. Since I was doing some conspiracy theory
surfing on the internet, I decided to shoot for 911 QSOs. Had not planned on
operating quite so much, but when I saw 200K was a possibility I spent quite a
bit of time operating very late Sunday morning. Could have spent the time more
wisely by operating at night. A very enjoyable contest.
