Comments:
Contest was operated EMCOMM style with primarily generated power,
portable towers, 2 yagis and wires antennas. Radios used included an
IC7700, IC756 and an FT1000MP. Amps included Acom 2000, Acom 1000 and
a VE7IX homebrew 4CX1500B based amp. Band activity on 40 and 80 was
disappointing however 20 and 15 were good. We had lots of fun putting
the VG7W Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics special call on the air!
