Comments:
Best conditions that I can recall, what a blast. Worked all states, and all
provinces except Lab, NU, YK and NU. Worked all continents, with many more Eu
than in previous 160 contests since I moved to Idaho in '98. The low sun spots
seem to have brought more people to Top Band than in the past - the activity is
way up, my 1000+ qso's reflects more on the increased number of participants
rather than my ability to dig them out, the band is busier with more QRM now
