Amazing what can be done on 160 with a low meandering
dipole. Prop. the first nite was much better than the second and
only missed ND and RI for WAS. Amazed at the patience of
CE1/K7CA and KV4FZ - probably spent at least 5 minutes each
but eventually made it into their logs!!!
As good as the band seemed I have yet to hear one of those
mythical Europeans and only 2 JA's in the log. Oh well, time
to roll up the antenna till next year.
