Comments:

A few sunspots and the fun is back! 300 Q's in the first 3 hours is not
the usual left coast DX contest during the last few years!

940 JA/BV/BY/HL Q's = 37% of the total. A total of 8 African Q's.

I'd better start thinking about a 10M beam. Just using a ground mounted
vertical.

I'm not sure what to do about 160M here. The nearest neighbor (250' away)
got a new built-in oven about a year ago. My 80M and 160M RF were getting
in the electrionics and it would beep continuously. So I paid for a repair
guy to put split ferrite beads on the wiring and the 80M problem was solved,
but not 160M. So I paid for more beads, but still even 100W of 160M RF
causes problems. So for now, no 160M.

We had a huge rain/sleet storm go through here on Saturday evening. The
static was too much and I skipped the EU sunrise and went to bed. I guess
not having 160M didn't really matter, I wouldn't have been able to hear
anything.
