Comments:
Conditions way down on recent weeks. The few contacts on 15m were a struggle,
nothing on 10m. Copy was difficult on 80m and 40m was very noisy but yielded
highest band score. Contacts outside of EU were limited on 20m. However final
points score up on 2009.
