Comments:
We had a sudden outbreak of equipment problems about 4 hours before the start of
the contest, hampering the first 6 hours of the contest. The K3 had glitched on
a firmware load the day before leaving top third of 40m dead. Matt, KQ7W
started the contest on the TS-850 however, the Amp for that station blew on
startup. Guess Mr. Murphy was restless to visit the Great Northwest.
Over all propagaion was much improved over recent years. It was a lot of fun.
One of the newest hams up here, 13 year old KF7HJT enjoyed his first contest
session.
