Comments:
Always enjoy working the JAs; they are great CW ops. Planned for a 20M single
band effort unless 15M showed some life, which it fid not. Started out around
2030Z which is roughly JA sunrise. Swept 20M and could not find a JA anywhere
so picked a clear frequency and started calling CQ. JAs started showing up
almost immediately with good signal strengths. Pretty much called CQ for the
entire 3 hours and used the second VFO on the FT-2000 to look for new ones
calling CQ, which netted me 6 more QSOs. When I called it quits around 2330 the
JAs calling CQ were still pretty loud but I think the pool of stations on 20M
had just dried up. Thanks for the QSOs and 73.
