Comments:

Great start on a terrific open 20 meter band. K8MR was 20 db over 9 just before
the NS started...never heard him again on that band!

40 meters, usually a strong band for me, was very noisy and I had a hard time
both hearing and being heard. 

80 was very difficult. I was able to hear with a beverage but was not able to
break through. Even got beat out to Tor by K0AD way up in southern Manitoba
(g). Jeez... Did finally work Tor later but he had to ask for a repeat. Guess
it was noisy there as well.

Called five stations on 160 but got skunked. Made only 9 contacts the entire
final ten minutes.

Tnx to N5DO and NO5W for increasingly hard Texas mults. Missed TX on 20 and
160.
