Comments:
A tough contest in atrocious conditions. Noise was S9++ even on 20M from here.
Local storms with heavy rain and ...yes you guessed it,we even got snow! So all
in all I'm happy to be able to show better score than in my last year's effort.
Participation was down so another 2 band contest. 80M very noisy and
disappointing for lack of action. Missed many sections from VE and the US on
this band. Cut things short during the night and went back home, didn't have
the energy to wait for the 40M shot in the early morning hours at VK land so no
VK no ZL logged sadly.
Thanks to the organizers for all the effort and time that goes into the event.
As usual it was fun to see some new calls having fun out there.
I'd like to congratulate my friend Daniel ve2sb for tremendous effort and score
despite going through difficult times...this is for your mom Dan!!
