Comments:
Dismal conditions plus the RR is too early for 40 to be of value to
left-coasters. Almost nothing heard on 15...20 was *real* short. 4 fewer Qs
than in April but one more Rookie worked. Nice to be the 1st QSO *ever* for
Matt, KF7LKB/ROK! Finally worked a few folks in the MD/DC QSO Party.
SSTV guys on 20 are an ugly lot with tendency to QRM on purpose, foul
vocabularies and no ID's, even when asked for a call. Good example for
Rookies!
The RR is a great idea and I hope it continues with wider notice beyond the
ARRL web site and the NCCC reflector.
