Elecraft K3, 130-foot wire, NA software.
Never bothered to listen on 20, 15, or 10. I presume I didn't miss the Sporadic
E opening of the millenium.
Decided to try a little SSB for a change. I still don't like it. My antenna was
not happy above 3800 anyway, for some strange reason. Some of the SSB ops were
sooooo slow I had to resurrect my long-ago cultivated DXCC Honor Roll obnoxious
pileup technique. Still works!
Failed to work the following counties on either mode:
ADAM, ATHE, CARR, CLAR, COLU, DEFI, GREE, LAWR, LOGA, MIAM, MONR, MORG, NOBL,
PAUL, PERR, SUMM, VANW, VINT.
This is one of the top half-dozen state QSO parties, always fun.
