First serious effort using K1IMI call (No, it's NOT K1IM....). Still need to
master K3 AGC...it can get pretty crowded out there! Using just an 80M Windom
on 80 and 40; it doesn't help that it slopes from 55 feet to 25 feet... I was
considering using a vertical quad loop but didn't have time to erect it -- too
many household chores to do on sunny days (like scrape and paint!). But
something definitely needs to be done...too many folks couldn't hear my 100
watts! What a joy working VU, ST, DU, and 6V1 as well as so many others.
It was lots of fun working friends and stopping to chat every now and
then...nothing's that serious that you can't take time out to chat with a
friend!
