Comments:

I put 60 miles on my Toyota SUV this weekend with five trips to and from the
WH2D club station (Tumon Bay) and home (Yigo). With a Guam speed limit of 45
MPH and an average contact rate of 65 QSOs per hour over the course of the
contest, I lost 87 contacts out on Marine Corps Drive -- and a chance to make
one million points. No big deal. I had a great time, like everyone else. And
like many, I look forward to CQWWCW later this month. My list of memorable
"they called me" contacts: D4C, R1ANP, OX2A, CR3A, and HC8A. Thanks to VR2PW
for the call with seconds remaining so I could finish at 1,200 Q's and not
1,199. Congrats to all KH2 ops for a job well done - WH2DX, AH2R, WH2X, NH2T,
KH2L, and KG6DX. A good turnout!
