4-1000A had a work out, and the plate stayed black. Before contest, refined
matching tap position on 160m and 10m resonant LC coils. During this time,knew
I'd inadvertently mistuned 15m LC's trimmer cap which showed as a 10:1 SWR into
amplifier. Stopped contesting about an hour hour Saturday to go back and
realign this LC to achieve 1:1 input SWR again. Amplifier output showed 10
fold more output power driving with K3 (without antenna tuner).
