Comments:
This might have been the toughest ARRL 10 Meter contest in several years. The
only thing that worked out for me is this year I am in EPA and was able to work
VA, MD, DE, NJ and NY on ground wave. At times the band did open a bit and
worked some DX including Brazil and J39BS in Grenada. Let's hope this is the
absolute bottom and next December is a lot better.
