Not sure what happened to 40m Friday night but it was very long by the time I
started at almost 0100z. 80m was quite productive so that means everyone else
must have moved to 80 early as well.
Never did hear a VE3RAC, VY0 or VY1. Perhaps they were CW only.

Great to see more Canadian stations than DX on the lower bands for a change.
On 15m it's just the nature of the propagation that favors N/S directions for
us prairie locked folks. However, the numerous BC stations on 15m was a real
surrise, and with good strong signals. Ve6SV and VE5RAC were nearly ESP
contacts on 15m, relying on backscatter.
Some folks were saying 10m was open east and west. Put the 7700 on that band
while running 15m with the 746 and never detected a blip on the band scope.
Missed a couple hours of prime time Saturday when unexpected guests dropped
by.
This contest was a good practice field for SO2R. Had some glitches with
simultaneous calls on multiple bands. Hopefully things got logged where they
were supposed to.
Thanks for all the contacts and especially those not in the contest that
stopped by for a contact.
