Comments:

Some decent CW activity amongst the Rookies on 20 and 40m...good to see!  Only a
bit of time available for me in this event.

Worked two non-Rookies who called "CQ RR" (the *Rookies* designated CQ call)
vice "CQ R" as per rules.  Some confusion on this...more emphasis on the proper
CQ call needed for all participants.  Unable to tell a non-Rookie from a Rookie
by callsign alone now, unlike the days of the old Novice Round-Up (/N or /T),
unless I wait through their next QSO!  The goal as a non-Rookie is to contact
ONLY Rookies, right?!?

Great job by the Rookie participants...
