Limited time so used this contest to gauge the new antennas. A3S Tribander at
60' was first call great. Shortened horizontal loop at 55' fed in a corner did
OK but not as good as when fed from side.
The other antenna star was the 80m 1/4w vertical with three elevated tuned
radials. Found a clear frequency and managed a 10 minute rate of 210 Q's/hr.
Heard & worked a lot of Tom's in AL.
