Comments:
Not a serious effort at all as I had too many non-radio conflicts in play.
Friday night (5 PM local) was marked with a nice 30 minute run, then HIGH SWR
on the antenna. Quit at that point. Returned to the band Saturday afternoon
after truging through 3 ft of snow to fix a feed line problem. On/off the rest
of that evening then finishing with KL7RA in the log. Band sounded real good,
nice strong opening to EU Saturday night and my new 4 SQ seemed to play much
better that before. Did some additional work on the radial field prior to the
series of snow storms that left 3 to 4 ft on the ground!
