Comments:

My second try from Bermuda in this contest. The result is more or less a copy of
2010: Only few q's and one multiplier more. First night was bad. There was one
highlight on Saturday morning: QSO with JA7NI! I was then almost 100 q's behind
last years achievement. The second night started slowly - even so slowly that I
was ready to quit. Then suddently after few hours I started to get EU q's and
finally bypassed my last year's score. Radio propagation was not as good as a
year ago. Of course my long callsign - OH1VR/VP9 - created extra problems when
s/p.

I never heard KL7, ID, LB or NB + north territories of Canada. Anyway I'm quite
satisfied with my total 57 S/P and 48 countries with Elecraft K3 100 W and L
vertical with seven radials. The vertical part of the antenna is less than 10
meters high.

Ed, VP9GE is a great host. Please look at his website and find more information
of the beautiful Bermuda and his apartements. This was my fifth visit since 2007
- not the last.
