Had a blast as always, in spite of a late start due to work. Conditons here
still exhibited the short, sporatic path openings to the pacific region both
nights, and the typical openings in the morning hours to EU and the pacific.
The K3 again did an exceptionl job. The early morning hours (Sunday) were the
toughest, often finding myself starting to doze off when things slowed a bit
:-) Overall band conditions were very good compared to the past few weeks at
this QTH with the noise floor being exceptionally quiet right up until the mid
/ latter morning hours on Sunday....one of the better contest conditions
experienced here in a couple of seasons.
