Comments:
A laid back 2 person M/2. No packet & no spotting network. A chance to give
KF5HHD some more practice with foreign accents and digging thru phone QRM. She
even did her first JA run on 15M Saturday night. I was fighting a cold all
weekend, so mainly did S&P with the Voice Keyer doing all the work. Ran for a
few hours both mornings on 15M, which was in great shape, but ended up getting
a lot of much needed sleep over the weekend. Pretty rough on SSB with a small
station.
The Internet is amazing!! Was having trouble with the sound card in one of my
PC's and remembered the K3 I had recently acquired for that operating position
had a KDVR3 in it. This past week I did a Google search on "N1MM KDVR3" and
found a nifty write up by N6ML on how to interface the two. Even had the
proper *.mc files to download. Worked perfect! Thanks N6ML.
