Comments:
15 was very lively and good fun, with just a straight run for 12 hours. Signals
were big and the rate meter went up to 7 QSOs/minute but the long-term average
was 120/hr for the whole operating time, and the band was in great shape, with
all states worked at least twice. It's been a long time since 15m was such
fun.
Given the good conditions, I kept checking 10m just to see how it sounded. On
Sunday, there were big signals so I left the contest on 15m and popped up to
10m to join the fun for a three hour run using my usual callsign (checklog
only).
One can only hope that conditions continue like this!
