Comments:
WOW, got on for the June VHF QSO Party and a 6 meter contest broke out! Had some
fun. Hung in there a bit longer than part time as originally planned. Had a shot
at working VUCC on 6 meters so hung in there and slugged it out!! Too bad
attention was diverted to 6 for most of the contest. A few of the stations
worked on 222 and 432 indicated some nice band enhancements possible. Lots and
lots of "bottom three and four" logs turned in so far. Great to hear all the
SMC activity!
Paul, K9PG, sorry it took so long to get your exchange, you were right at my
noise floor with a station to my left and station to my right, and every time
you gave your grid it was lost in the noise!!!
