Comments:
Propagation on Saturday was FANTASTIC all day! Propagation on Sunday was good
but not until last 4 hours of contest.
I stopped for 2 hours Saturday evening to host dinner and missed out on
additional contacts. Oh well....still this was my best ever result on 50
Mhz.
Station: K-3 @ 100 watts
Antennas: 5 element M/2 yagi at edge of observation point and 2 element Diamond
yagi 30 ft rotatable fiberglass mast.
Operated this event from the Hurricane Mesa located 8 miles west of Zion
National Park in southwestern Utah @ 5,300 ft. elevation.
