Comments:
I wanted to set up a solar battery charger and operate from battery power but
the cost of these systems is still pretty high. They say that prices for solar
panels have tumbled over the past year but this does not seem to be reflected in
retail pricing yet. Hopefully these prices will be coming down in the near
future.
Pretty good rates for the first couple of hours but the rate tumbled when I
went to 10 meters. The band was open nicely but there weren't very many
stations to work.
