Comments:
Another effort from the VU Contest Group - though a bit part time and stuck to
low power as the amp is still under repair. Had some decent propagation at
times on 15m although we had the lowest SSN in compared t the past few days.
10m did not open up too well and 20m was spotty. Not much hope on 40m with low
power, so the 70 Qs were considered a bonus.
