Comments:

Under the sponsorship of the Boulder ARC, John, K0FTC, Tom, W0IVJ, and John,
N0TA, operated two stations on the Baca & Prowers county line. Tom (SSB) also
visited some adjoining counties. We camped a mile south of Two Buttes, in a
Colorado State Wildlife Area (thanks, Department of Wildlife). We setup camp
Friday afternoon,

the contest Saturday in a heavy wind, and broke camp Sunday morning. We had a
major battle keeping the dipoles and vertical in the air. The CW station was a
K3, dipole, and vertical, and the SSB station was an IC-7000, dipole, and HB
mobile top hat vertical. Thanks for the contacts!
