Comments:
15: W4OC super loud just before it all started, and no where to be found
after the starting bell. The ol "work em before jinx"....Could hear super weak
midwest and east guys working W6's, who were invisible up here. Thankfully
neighbor W7OM was good for a mutual 1 Q 1 Mult on 15m.
20: Whoa, band was rockin & rollin... but notice people bailing out early.
40: Super pileups... amazing how you just cant do a thing when 3 call exactly
zero beat. But plenty of action and pretty spread out. cept for W6G running a
pileup on 038.. some special event stn.
80: Three OR stns in a row, thought I was gonna miss CA and WA..but got lucky.
160: just time to work first loud stn heard; Tnx TOM N3ZZ for CA , and
followed up by W7OM, ol faithful.
Last week at a G sale, found an old cool Nixie tube clock, and now can see NS
start and finish line precisely. Cool..
Qs and Mults down from last week...but expect many in the northern tier found
it the same way.
