Comments:
Twenty meter top rotator frozen, would not turn. Just before contest (actually
started with a time off as a result) got a 30 foot heater tape (that you use to
keep pipes from freezing) climbed up tower and wrapped it around rotator many
times (until ran out of the tape). Ran an extension cord to it, plugged it in
and within about 20 minutes it was rotating again! Later in the evening I
unplugged the extension cord and sure enough, about an hour later it was stuck
again.
