Comments:
I think this is my first January VHF SS in a very long time. As expected,
activity wasn't quite what it is in the summer, but I was still pleasantly
surprised to work 2 intrepid rovers (considering the snowy weather leading up
to the contest). Also seems like we had a taste of all sorts of propagation.
A short Es opening on Saturday to K0HA, who probably worked everyone in the
Seattle area, and a slightly longer and more populated Es opening into AZ and
NM on Sunday Then it sounds like I just missed a short aurora opening later
Sunday afternoon. Thanks for the Q's!
